TeamTailor: ATS integration Guide
What does the integration do?
ApplyPRO saves Recruiters up to 70% of their CV screening time by utilising AI technology to accurately screen CVs and give interview recommendations. ApplyPRO also supports the promotion of diversity through targeting potential, not just experience.
ApplyPRO‘s purpose-built AI technology screens ALL applications that are received, with no manual selection needed. When connected to a job(s) the screening process will run automatically in the background resulting in curated shortlists for Recruiters to access when they log in.
Utilising YES, MAYBE and NO shortlists, Recruiters can reduce their CV screening time by 70% and focus on identifying the high-potential applicants that might otherwise be overlooked.
Setting up the integration
To set up this integration with TeamTailor, log in to TeamTailor as normal then:

Select Settings (1) followed by: API Keys (2), which is under the Integrations heading when you scroll down on the left. Follow the instructions to create a new API Key with Read & Write permissions enabled, then click the copy (3) button.
2. Login to your ApplyPRO dashboard here: https://app.mypromotion.tech/
Click the button: Connect to ATS
3. Use the search bar to find and select TeamTailor (1) from the list, paste your API Key from TeamTailor into the: API Key (2) text box and click Save (3). Check the status shows: Enabled (4), then click: Return to application (5), your done!
